We ask for a credit or debit card number with each booking in order to hold your reservation. This is requested as a guarantee against your non-arrival or late cancellation (see below).

A non-refundable £10 deposit will be required for ALL bookings, in some cases the deposit would be 10%.

Furthermore, if you are delayed, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your room will be held for you.

All bookings must be guaranteed on a valid credit or debit card in the guest's name, with an expiry date and a security code.

Any bookings made via an Agency and NOT DIRECTLY  with ourselves we will still require credit card details to hold the reservation.

(Subject to 4,5% supplement to partially defray Bank costs)             

(NB. we do not accept Amex, Diners and American Express).

If a credit or debit card is not available, a deposit equalling half the total bill must be received within 14 days of arrival, by post or direct to our Bank Account.

Cancellation Policy:  [TOP]

All cancellations must be acknowledged by us for any charges to be made.

-Cancellations made up to 14 days (28 days for "Hogmanay") in advance of arrival - No charges will be made

-Cancellations made on or  after 14 days  (28 days for "Hogmanay") in advance of arrival - First night cost payable.

-Cancellations made on or after 4 days prior to arrival date- Full booking cost payable

-Early departure - Full booking cost payable

-No Show-Full booking cost payable

-Bookings made the same day as arrival- A non-refundable £20 deposit will be required

NOTE:-If we manage to fill the availability we will endeavour to reduce this as much as possible.

-Arrival time at AmarAgua is by arrangement only. To avoid disappointment, please inform us of your

 ESTIMATED  TIME of ARRIVAL as soon as your trip to Edinburgh is finalized,

kindly no later than the day before you are due to arrive at AmarAgua

To enable us to provide all our guests with an enjoyable and relaxing stay,

we DECLINE any "Stag" or "Hen" Parties

Children [TOP]

Children under 14 are charged at 50% if sharing with  TWO ADULTS in the same bedroom.

To enable us to provide all our guests with an enjoyable and relaxing stay,

We DECLINE children under four years old.
